Unlearning what we may have learned, we were forced to learn, or trauma has forced coping mechanisms on, can be a challenge. Sometime we just want to learn something new and the mind struggles with releasing the old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-803bf7669833deb72183506af47a546b\">Sometimes we just need to have a reset.
