We do not use trackers

When researching "how to" options for this app, societal changes have been occurring that severely undermines peoples ability to privacy. Therefore, instead of developing an individual, product specific app (IE; IOS, Android, etc) we decided to go with a cross platform style of application - a Generic App.
This product does not require a download like most apps. When coming to the vibres.mvt.so page for the first time (and until you install), there will be a download link. This is not a download link to install the app. It will only install the icon onto your device with a direct link to surf the app.
Data Tracking
We do not have data mining trackers embedded in this app. It may tell us if you are an active user and whether you are a FREE or Pro Version user of the app but it does not track what activities you do on the app.
Any information submitted into the app is purely voluntary. It is shared with no one. And infact, even if it is a specific program (to be stated in the description), like a program geered to help people in their accountability in their therapy, the information will only be privately sent to your file only and viewed by your facilitator only. At this point we do not have such programs on the app and have not considered putting such programs on at this point.
If you choose to use applications within the app such as a habit tracker, it is only for your use. We (IMW & Vibresonate) do not collect this data nor utilize this data for anything.
Video sessions are not tracked. They are strictly private. Access to these videos are strictly through a Paid or Free version of the app and most video sessions are hosted as unlisted videos on our own video streaming accounts. Therefore, only the app provides the link.
The exception to our own links are when we have gathered outside information like reports, research, some exercise content, our podcasts and some complimentary therapy content. This is complimentary content that we feel you may find beneficial. We do not track what is watched or who watches/clicks into the links. We just provide these links for your information and to help you get started on your own research.
What we collect
We will collect your details upon signing up for an account and that is all. All payment information is stored on a secure payment provider. We are currently using STRIPE. Your digital surfing habits on the app are your business only.
We may use the above information for push notifications at some point. At this point, we are using push notification very little. We will utilize this feature more when we start doing regular Live Group sessions or Live events through the app.
The Community Section
The Community section does work similar to a social media board if you choose to use it. It is a very basic system. Use it for your enjoyment only and to find information. External links can be shared for interest sake. We welcome that.
For now, we are posting new announcements in the app to the community but it is there for your use as well. Please feel free to use it with your discretion. It can be access from the outside. PLEASE DO NOT POST PERSONAL information in this section. However, it does not appear to have reached google yet at the time of the writing of this page.
Messaging
So far the messaging section is setup so that you can only message admin (Shannon). Please use this as a private question section if you need guidance or help. It doesn't necessarily have to be with the app. It can be on certain wellness aspects too.
At some point there may be person to person messaging capabilities. We will announce this when we have it going.
If you want some more detailed questions asked, We encourage you to book a discovery session. These are designed to help you learn about our services. They are not treatment services but they are Q&A sessions. These sessions are free to all.
Booking a session
This is done on an external site from the app. The information collected is only used for the purposes of delivering notifications and for contact info if we need to cancel or re-book an appointment (very rarely happens).
All Appointment are confidential and strict privacy is observed. That means, unless you sign a waiver to have infomation released, no infomation will be shared with anyone. Only you. In the case of young children, the information will be shared with the attending parent.
Initial appointments will require an intake form. This is to help the faciliator in developing a wellness plan for you. You may have copies of this client intake form. And all notes will be emailed after the session to each individual (where documentation is required). Therefore your sessions will NOT be kept in secret. This is our model. You have copies of all your notes. And you may do with them as you wish.
All wellness session information is collected on a HIPPA compliant system.
